South Coast Productions is a full service production facility, offering everything from pre-production to post, all at broadcast standard. We can do any and every phase of your production, from research, scripting, budgeting, production management, through producing, directing, shooting, and on to post-production including digital graphics animation.
We do broadcast work, commercials, documentaries, corporate and training videos.
In addition to network magazine and other broadcast production, some of our work includes informational videos for the Lake County Career Centers and the Greenwood Watershed Association, public service announcements for the Redwood Coast Senior Center and the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, commercials for the Skunk Train, and multi-lingual training videos for IronAbs and SuperAbs, and for the Destination 5 Bike Rack. We also have done documentaries for environmental groups such as the Greenwood Watershed Association, in association with the California Department of Fish and Game and the California Department of Forestry, and for the Center for Ethics and Toxics. We have done corporate work with Thayer Walker Productions for TransCanada Pipeline and the Bechtel Corporation, as well as produced training DVDs with Avondale Media for Jim Heid iLife books. We also work with non-profit organizations such as the California Parenting Institute and the Redwood Forest Foundation to produce video materials for them.
We have taken on senior management responsibilities for production with the National Podcasting System. We have created the production workflow and techniques used to deliver video and audio podcasts and other materials for NPS clients.
We also teach Final Cut Pro, Final Express, Motion, and the Apple's iLife applications for the Digital Media Academy at Stanford as well as trainings at schools and universities for Apple Computer. We are also available for personal one-on-one training at our facility or yours.
We also provide a unique post-production service called Away-From-It-All Editing.
